This day-trip to Siena and Montepulciano starts with a private limo pick-up at the hotel in Rome (it can also be arranged from Florence).

Montepulciano - With a trip of around two hours you will reach the lovely town of Montepulciano, in the heart of Tuscany. The historical center of this lovely Medioeval and Renaissance hill town is small and easy to walk by. The highlights are the Comunale Palace and the Cathedral in the Piazza Grande.

A stroll through the charming streets of the center will make you discover many ancient palaces and churches.  And you may want to stop in a little shop to buy the famous local red wine "Nobile di Montepulciano" considered one of the best Italy.

After a couple of hours visiting Montepulciano your private driver will take you to Siena. It is about 1.15 hrs drive through the countryside of Tuscany.

Siena - With its origins dating back to a thousand years BC when it was founded by the Etruscans, Siena is one of the most important centers of Tuscany for its art and culture.

In Siena your private guide (an art historian with official license from the municipal authority) will take you through the narrow streets of the historical center and make you discover the treasures of the city. This private tour of Siena will last about 3 hrs and will include:
